Follow the active order
Copy the allocated number exactly, including the correct country code where required. Request a text message in the application, then keep the existing order open to watch its status. A code may arrive later than expected.
Do not create another paid order simply because a minute has passed. Check whether the existing order received a code, expired or was cancelled. The order status and balance record are the sources to consult before retrying.

- Choose the service, an available country and an option at the displayed price.
- Check your balance and fund the required amount using a method currently offered on the payment page.
- Confirm the order, copy the number and request an SMS in the target application.
- Follow the status and countdown. Check the existing order before making another purchase.
Conditions and tracking
The amount is charged when you place the order. If no SMS arrives before expiry, it is automatically returned to your SnappyDigits balance. A balance refund is different from returning money to the original payment method. Temporary numbers do not receive calls or provide permanent access.
